Lindy & Mitch {Engagement}

I don’t know if it started with my father, but for as long as I can remember I have appreciated people who work from their hearts through their hands. There are never enough things to be said about hard work and raw talent. Thomas Jefferson said, “I’m a great believer in luck and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it.”

Chad and I have had the pleasure of knowing Mitch & Lindy for a while now, and they are some of the rawest talent out there. They are the kind of people that you can’t stand NOT knowing. Their eclectic style, charming character, and wildly creative minds blow us away every time we see what they are up to. We met up in Austin for their session and it was all pure magic. They had all of these super rad, super Austin type places they wanted to shoot at and we had such a great time discovering the city we hope to call ours soon. One of those cool places was called the Cathedral of Junk. It was AWESOME!

Now lets bring those two paragraphs together here. Mitch & Lindy are a ball of creative genius, and use their hands for their hearts to have an outlet to speak. As far as events go… Lindy is your flower lady. She blows us away ALL the time with her work and she is REALLY good at what she does. If you are looking for a florist for your big day, or any other event, look no further than her! You can e-mail her at lindysflowers@gmail.com. As far as music to soothe your soul, The Rocketboys indie/ ambient sounds are something to certainly not miss. Mitch is one of the founding members of this group of ridiculously talented young men that started capturing the hearts of Abilene in 2005, and has now moved to Austin, taking it by storm. Two Pair has had the opportunity to shoot many photos for them in the recent years, and can’t wait for another one just for the opportunity to hang out with them.

Mitch & Lindy, we love you guys and can’t wait for January.
